Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
You changed your mind.
The item is unused and in its original condition.
The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
You provide proof of purchase or your order number.
Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Once your claim has been reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly:
Products that have been installed or used
Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
Special-order or customised products
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. (Afrimarket)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty
